• All original tags must be intact

• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery
  

Returns or refunds will not be processed without a proper unboxing video showing the package being opened clearly from start to finish.

Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video must:

• Be recorded before opening the package
  
• Clearly show the shipping label
  
• Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
  
• Clearly display any damage, defect, or printing issue, if applicable
  

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in the return or refund request being rejected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order ID
  
• A clear unboxing video
  
• Supporting images (if required)
  

We will review the issue and take appropriate action if the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
